Recruiting Top Talent
Building exceptional people is part of our purpose, and we are taking intentional steps to recruit and hire people who are traditionally underrepresented in the construction industry. For years, we’ve worked with organizations like the National Association of Women in Construction to engage female and minority talent. 

Today we are taking greater steps to implement strategies to reach a diverse pipeline of future construction leaders through recruiting at historically Black colleges and universities with our Student Internship and Apprentice program.  Our diversity and inclusion efforts are not just about recruiting top talent, but also creating an inclusive and fulfilling experience for all employees.  

To support this environment, we have created a Diversity & Inclusion Working Group made up of employees from diverse backgrounds. We want all of our employees to feel valued, respected and empowered to share their experiences and ideas.
